When it’s cold and blustery outside, you make a comfort meal and serve it in the good dishes to brighten your mood.

Roast Lamb with the most delicious gravy 🤤
Seasoned the roast with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil, Seasoned Pepper, Rustic Herb Seasoning, and Ultimate Steak Seasoning.
Placed in crockpot with beef stock on high for 6 hours, then roasted in 400° oven for 15 minutes to get that perfect crust.
While roast is finishing in the oven, make gravy using the liquid from the crockpot. (I use an immersion blender to break up the seasoning a bit)
