Job Description

Food Saver is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Meat Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked meat department while providing excellent customer service to our shoppers.

Responsibilities

* Prepare, package, label, and stock meat products
* Assist customers with selections and special requests
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department
* Monitor product freshness and rotate inventory properly
* Operate slicers, grinders, scales, and other department equipment safely
* Help unload deliveries and organize back stock
* Follow all food safety and company policies
* Work as part of a team to keep the department running efficiently

Qualifications

* Previous grocery or meat department experience preferred, but not required
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
* Dependable attendance and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
* Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
