Big changes have come to Organic Produce Club! We have a new day and a new location, same high-quality, fresh, always organic fruits and veggies! Our little club is now receiving and distributing produce every other Wednesday, 10:30 AM - noon, at Central United Methodist Church, 300 Mary Street in Evansville. The area is large and clean and we can keep safe distance wearing masks and respecting each other. Please message us to receive the next order form or to learn more about volunteering.

🥳WE'RE BACK! READ OUR NEW PLAN BELOW!

Organic Produce Club DELIVERY Tuesday March 31st.
PLACE ORDER ASAP BEFORE SUNDAY.

If you need an order sheet or would like to order a case of something, please message us with your email address.

Our plan is to meet the truck on 6th St. right off Zion Center parking lot. We will be sorting under a pop-up tent :)

WITH THE CURRENT STAY HOME ORDER WE CAN STILL GO TO GROCERY FOR FOOD. WE WILL PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCE AND SORTERS WILL WEAR GLOVES AND MASK AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME
Meanwhile, we have an order that is mostly in packages. Example, 3 # bags of Apples, onions, potatoes, yams,, etc . As well as "EACH" items like portions of green beans, romaine hearts, strawberries, blueberries, kale, etc. Unfortunately all the distributor prices are higher this week and so I am not charging on many products the .25% markup as usual. But since we are not paying rent we will all benefit from a bit of mark down in that area. …… our club remains in the black financially. :)

It will be easy to distribute and pickup so we WE CAN ALL GO BACK HOME :)
I have plans to show many items on the order form and the cases will hopefully be ordered. By Sunday evening I will know if we we have a large enough order to place.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR ORDER WELL BEFORE SUNDAY.

AND please let me know what you think!

LAST CALL! Tomorrow, Tuesday March 17th, 10 AM - noon, will be our LAST produce club pickup until further notice. We are closely monitoring the recommendations due to COVID-19, and will reassess and reopen as soon as possible. We will have some extra items for sale tomorrow, as well as local ELDERBERRY syrup, lovingly sorted by gloved and masked volunteers. Come visit our low-key, small-scale group and stock up on fresh fruit and veggies before we hunker down. Healthy, calming community vibes to all.

💚🥔🥳 St. Patrick's Day order form is up! We are maintaining our normal Tuesday pickup, as a small alternative to the big-box crowds and "panic buying." We anticipate potatoes and other club favorites that may be in short supply at the grocery store. Message us your email address to receive the order form!

This creamy Vegan Colcannon Soup is a twist on the Irish classic & is filled with potatoes & kale. Perfect for St Patrick's Day or anytime you need a cozy meal.

Fresh, Organic, Economical

The Organic Produce Club started as a way to make organic food more affordable for local residents. We get our stock from wholesaler Indy Fruits or from local growers when in season. We send out weekly order forms and give members the opportunity to order part of a wholesale case; if enough people buy, we fulfill the order at the lowest markup in town. Membership is free - anyone can join at any time to place orders through the weekly list or shop extras at our physical location on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
