Dexter Meats Mike grew up under the tutelage of his father who owned Dexter Custom Meats and Processing in Joseph, Ut.

It has always been a dream of Mike’s to one day open his own meat processing business. This shop was built from the ground up by Mike & his wife Erin

Request a kill date and fill out a cut form below! Note that it is your responsibility to call the brand inspector prior to your kill date. Otherwise, we will be unable to process your cow.

We Come Process Your Animal

We drive to your location, kill the animal, skin it, gut it, put it in our specialized trailer, and haul it to our processing shop.

You Pickup Your Meat

We refrigerate and age your meat for 5 to 10 days then cut it and package it. We will call you once we are finished to come pick it up and pay. All payments are made at the time of pick up.
