Those simple moments exist because others made extraordinary sacrifices.

Tonight, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Iā€™m petrified of heightsā€¦ but a fun little updateā€¦ painting is ALMOST done!

On another note: I know we hoped to be open by now, but as most of us know construction and adding in plumbing can take time to do it right! Things are absolutely moving in the right direction!

Between post season baseball, end-of-school chaos, and keeping up with three kids, social media has definitely taken a back seat around here lately. šŸ˜…

But I had to share this piece because it feels so perfectly Juniper & Sage.

How do you all feel about reusing genuine antique furniture in the shop instead of buying brand new fixtures? One of the biggest parts of reducing waste is giving beautiful, well-made things a second life ā€” and honestly, furniture from 100 years ago was built to last in a way thatā€™s hard to find today.

This beauty is approximately 100 years old and had been passed down through a family for generations before I purchased it. I absolutely love the idea that it gets to continue its story here instead of ending up forgotten somewhere.

I may be slightly obsessed already. šŸ¤Ž

Iā€™ve been reflecting a lot on Motherā€™s Day the last couple of days.

Itā€™s easy to focus on celebrating mothers ā€” and we should ā€” but the more I thought about it, the more I kept coming back to the reason we get to be moms in the first place: our children. They are the heart of it all.

The sticky fingerprints, the noise, the exhaustion, the laughter, the constant learning and growing right alongside themā€¦ it all shapes us. Honestly, so much of Juniper & Sage was born from motherhood itself. Wanting a slower, more intentional, more connected way of living for my family became the foundation for this dream.

This season of life is busy and messy and beautiful all at once, and Iā€™m really thankful for it. Especially thankful for my boys, my mom Wanda, and the quiet little moments that end up meaning the most. šŸ’š

And these flowers? Absolutely stunning. A sweet thank you to Botanica Floral & Design for making Motherā€™s Day feel extra special. šŸŒæ
