It’s the 5th week of our CSA and look at all this spring goodness! Local folks, it’s not too late to place an online order for pick up at the farm Friday and Saturday. Otherwise, looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday morning—we will be bringing our lavender bunches and the first of the cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash and patty pan squash!

The Tower Grove Farmers market is not to be missed!! We are bringing all the best of spring: 🥦🥕🫛🥬 plus beets, cauliflower, kale, chard, spinach, salad mix, cabbage! We have tons (literally 🤪) of gorgeous, organically grown produce that needs to end up on your weekend brunch and dinner table. Please come shop for your food at the market first—it’s so much better than the grocery store anyway! See you Saturday 8AM-12:30.

Potatoes 🥔 are looking perfect! However our last rain was 10 days ago and there is no rain in the forecast. It’s going to be a big job irrigating this field 🌧️🙏

We have GREAT NEWS! Our farm stand will be open this Friday 1-7PM and Saturday 9-2 for in person shopping!

Besides all our beautiful spring produce, we will be having a final sale on the last of our perennials and annual flowers—-50% off! Plus hanging baskets for just $10!

In addition we will have sourdough bread from ; cinnamon rolls, brownies and fruit bars from Faith & Flour ; pasture raised meat from ; and !!

Let’s top it off with free strawberry shortcake for all guests (or until we run out 😋)!

How can you not love these Japanese turnips?! Roasted, sautéed with garlic ginger soy sauce, or just eaten raw like a radish—they are a nourishing, filling, spring veg that will be around for just a few more weeks.

Linda, our wash pack lead, is back for the season! We are so grateful for her attention to detail that results in exceptional produce. If you think to yourself “this bok choy is ready to chop and sauté—I don’t have to wash it, yay!” —that’s all Linda!

It’s been an amazing two weekends of our plant sale and we can’t believe it’s the last day! We are celebrating 20 years of growing plants and produce for our community and today all hanging baskets and large containers are 20% off!!! It’s the final weekend of our plant sale ( Saturday & Sunday 9-4PM) and this year we are extending our free plant for all kids who visit for both days!! Diego and Lydia want to encourage more kids to get in the garden and grow something beautiful and delicious! (This promotion excludes hanging baskets, bleeding heart plants and geraniums).

Here is a general summary of what will be available 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱For perennials there is still plenty of milkw**d, Russian sage, polemonium, catmint, black eyed Susan, phlox, false indigo, columbine, cardinal flower, monarda and little Joe Pye w**d

Annuals include coleus, craspedia, verbena, petunias, vincas, calibrachao, bacopa, angelona geraniums zinnias, sunflowers and marigolds. We are sold out of lantanas 😢

Lots of vegetable starts: all varieties of tomatoes, peppers, pole beans, cucumbers lettuce, zucchini, summer squash and melons. We are sold out of strawberry plants.

We have all the herbs except lavender and limited Italian basil

Gorgeous hanging baskets for Mother’s Day gifts plus plenty of potting soil mix and some compost.
