There’s a lot more behind a bag of cheese curds than most people realize.

Every bag starts with milk from our patron family farms and comes together through the hard work of our employees. From early mornings to late nights, there’s care in every step along the way.

This National Cheese Curd Day, we’re celebrating our 180+ patron farm families, our employees who make it all happen, and YOU!

We’re proud to be part of your traditions, your road trips, your family gatherings, and your everyday snack breaks.

Thank you for being part of our story.

From our patron family farms to your table, Happy National Cheese Curd Day! 🤍

As a farmer-owned cooperative, we're proud to work alongside 180 patron farm families who pour their time, passion, and dedication into producing quality milk each and every day. Their commitment goes far beyond the farm, helping strengthen our rural communities and carrying on generations of dairy farming traditions.

To our patron farmers and farm families, thank you for the early mornings, long days, and dedication to feeding our communities. We're proud to be part of your story and even prouder to have you as part of ours.

Happy National Farmers Day from all of us at Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery!

What a summer! ☀️🧀

The past few months have been packed with memorable events and plenty of opportunities to connect with our communities. From the Cheese Curd Festival in June to our first year at the Minnesota State Fair in August - and all the parades, dairy breakfasts, golf tournaments, and community events in between - it’s hard to believe how quickly summer flew by!

Each event reminded us just how important community is to everything we do. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and sharing a little bit of Ellsworth along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and helped make this summer one to remember. We’re grateful to be part of such incredible communities!
