Kick Ash Gardens are back! We’ve updated the scavenger hunt and added some new things for the kids. For the adults the garden remains a beautiful place to meditate, we’ve left some poems and prompts throughout to help you in that process. Stop in, grab a coffee and take a walk around the property, it keeps getting prettier day by day!

It was an awesome day of training and learning yesterday here at Kick Ash! Rachel from came out to talk to us about the new swimming facility in Sister Bay and Sue from came out to discuss our participation in the compostable bamboo cup program going on in May. gave us a ton of information about nutrition, diet and exercise and demonstrated some great ways to stay active and mobile. Beth Coleman lead us in a beautiful meditation session and we ended with an absolutely delicious meal provided by
