We have to take a moment to show our owner, , some major love.
These last five months have been a whirlwind of learning, growth, challenges, victories, and so many unforgettable moments. If you know Travis, you know owning a butcher shop has always been a dream of his, and watching that dream become reality has been pretty incredible. He pours his heart into every detail of this business and gives it everything he has every single day.
We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing Wish Poosh, and we owe a huge thank you to for helping make it possible.
Since taking over, we’ve been working hard to evolve and grow into a true full-service butcher shop—offering custom beef orders, stocking fresh local beef in our cases, and continuing to create the house-smoked products you’ve come to know and love.
