This season has stretched us in ways we never expected. With my surgeries, complications, and the weight of not being able to keep up with the mortgage, we faced a decision that broke our hearts. Leaving our home in Elko wasn’t something we ever planned — but when life shifts, God is still steady.

And in the middle of all the uncertainty, He made a way.

We’ve been blessed with nearly 9 acres in Warthen, a place where we can breathe again, rebuild, and keep doing the work He put on our hearts. We’re joining another single mama and helping strengthen her homestead, and together we’ll carry forward the same purpose, compassion, and calling that started in Elko. What God began there isn’t ending — He’s simply expanding it.

Everything we’ve offered our community in Elko will continue, grow, and flourish. I’ll be able to raise and provide even more farm‑fresh, pasture‑raised meat for families and surrounding communities. And even though we’re moving, I’m not gone — I’ll still be back and forth for my medical care and to deliver to my regulars. We’re also adding a shipping option so we can reach even more families who rely on us.

This transition has been emotional, humbling, and holy all at once. God has carried us, provided for us, and surrounded us with people who care. Thank you for every prayer, every message, and every bit of support as we step into this new chapter. We’re trusting Him with every mile and every moment.

Peacock hen update

We’ve received two donations so far — thank you both for your generosity.

Our friend and farrier Bo Bass at 5/B Farrier has graciously offered to help transport the animals this Thursday.

I’ll be creating an ALL‑DAY volunteer event for Wednesday for anyone who can come help prep, crate, and ready the animals for transport.

WEDNESDAY IS THE FINAL DAY the animals will be at this location.

We still urgently need financial help to move our storage building and market.
The lowest quote we have is $2,000, so the fundraiser remains active.

We also still need hands for:
• Packing the market and storage
• Taking down fencing and structures
• Setting up at the new property in Warthen, GA

We have been blessed by another single mother who is opening her pastures and forest to us — nearly 9 acres where we can continue our mission and help her manage her homestead.

At the new location, we will have:
• A bigger, better market
• The same great pork, eggs, and will be able to offer chicken, and beef
• Cooking, canning, animal care, and processing classes
• Shipping options on meat purchases
• The mini mobile petting ranch still available for parties, festivals, and nursing homes

I am in awe of the love this community has shown us.
