Feeding our rabbits tonight

I wanted to take a moment and share something. A cousin of mine passed away after a massive heart attack. As many of you know heart health is way up there on our list of things we take seriously.

Another family member has shared with me they had just read that coughing continuously if you're alone and think your having a heart attack could keep oxygen circulating and save your life.

I've heard this before. But I decided to research this today, and it's a myth and not recommended as it can cause more strain on your heart.

Call 911 immediately. Stay still, sit down or lay down whatever you can do. If you're going to do something to try to help take baby aspirin. I recommend everyone to have baby aspirin on them at all times. It's inexpensive, can be purchased at Walmart and it can save your life or someone else.

Due to having a son with congenital heart disease I keep his medication on me 24.7 and this includes aspirin. Please don't spread false information.
