We’ve been working hard in the back perfecting our pastrami game, and we’re excited to share our very first test batch with you!
This is Pastrami Sample #1 — cured, rubbed, and cooked with care using our own recipe. We think it turned out really good… but we know it’s missing something to make it perfect.
That’s where you come in!
Come by the shop, grab a sample, try it, and tell us what you think.

Your feedback will help us nail Attempt #2 (which is already in the works 👀).
