Owned and operated by the Ream family since 1954. Since 1954, the Elburn Market has been owned by the Ream family (now Ream's Meat Market). In the 1980's, Bob and Phyllis Ream's son Randy started making more varieties of smoked meats and sausages, and eventually found himself in the National Cured Meat Hall Of Fame. The Market has since moved to a larger location, and is currently operated by Rand
