We are excited to share that we have the elusive Blakesville in store for a limited time!

The cool thing about this farm is that they are a farmstead creamery, meaning they make all their cheeses by hand on the same farm where the animals are raised and their milk is collected. Because of this, care and attention to the purity, quality, and flavor of the milk are critical to our production process. The cheeses are ripened naturally, focusing on developing characteristic flavor and texture.
