OUR Policy….. Before we'll carry a product, we request samples. If they pass the "Taste Test", you'll find them in our store. If they don't pass, my dogs Bandit and Rowdy get to finish the bag. We've done the sampling' for you -- There's not a bad Jerky in the house!! We invite you to look around our store and shop our

Join us at The Beef Jerky Emporium June 7th from 1-5pm for our SAMPLE SATURDAY. We will be firing up the grill so you can try our new exotic burgers and sausages - Camel, Elk, Kangaroo, Lamb, Pheasant and Rabbit. We also offer Bison, Duck and Ostrich. We will also be grilling Allen Brothers Prime Steaks, as well as our Wagyu Steaks from Rosewood Ranch in Ennis, TX. It’s going to be a PARTY!!!🎉🎊🎈🥳
