Last post for the evening! Thank you everyone for a wonderful day at the market.

2 interesting things about today ummm this was my jeep with crates and cool chests ready to go get local milk and organic local veggies . Enjoy the laugh as the stares at the intersection were priceless. We play jeep jenga too.

Secondly , tonight for the first time I made deep fried chicken gizzards with Bios Ranch soy free corn free chicken. I wish I had taken pictures because I was so proud and it was delicious paired local blue potatoes , and of course homemade milk gravy ! I always say practice with different pr less popular cuts of meat in the good times because these meats were often times what people resigned themselves to eating because that was all they could afford. Ive never turned my nose up at off cuts of meat. I actually really enjoy making food beautiful with all I have on hand. I will share tbe recipe in the comments section and tomorrow is a big day with lots of restocks. Because we all know Mondays are prepped and prepared for on Sundays !!!!

Quick update on milk -I am going in the morning instead of today . I apologize I have an issue with one of my tires is going flat and the dairy was out of pocket. I am getting up at 6 am and getting there by 8 am and lets just say for good measure back by noon.

What a beautiful Summer Saturday it is shaping up to be to support local.

Gentle reminder milk will be restocked around 430 pm today but we are locked and loaded with locally laid farm fresh eggs, tons of beautiful and nutritious pesticide free vegetables.

Also gentle reminder fruit run is delayed til much later in the week ,possible weekend. I will post more as I get updates on my refrigerator truck and the weather. The truck size I needed was in Kansas and they are working on getting it up here so thank you for your patience 🙏.

We are open til 8 pm 7 days a week and we are so excited to serve you today!

Good evening and last post for the evening. Tomorrow amd Sunday are going to be nice summer days before all the storms hit us.

I am picking up milk, cream and cheese in the morning and also bringing back a lovely assortment of organic veggies.

So many lovely locall sourced gift ideas in the store. Serve Dad up all things local this Fathers Day Weekend !!

Squash ,onions, peppers and potatoes is whats for dinner. Fry up some grass fed ground beef then throw in diced squash and onions and taters sautéed in butter. Some salt and pepper and wahlah!!! Simple. Satisfying oh and for some added yummy toss some grated cheddar cheese. We made this a lot when I was a kid. No boiled , wilted and mushy squash allowed LOL

Drive at 5 is flavorful , fresh and popping with color!
