I didn’t go to South Louisiana this week because I got word that the first pecans were falling!! I picked up 600 # of Pawnee blown and picked half’s. I’m vacuum packing as many as I can before heading to Shreveport.

I’ll be in Shreveport tonight to meet a truck and I’ll have shrimp 🍤 and oysters 🦪 for the week!

I won’t have red beans, rice or French bread 🥖 until next week.
