Tomorrow's specials at Fish Fry! We have just a few Softshell Crabs that arrived today and we'll be breading, frying and sandwichizing them. See that little claw hanging out there? It was delicious.

We will also have a few filets of some Wild North Carolina Catfish. This catfish has great color and smelled so clean.
