A rainy Saturday seems like a great time for a wine tasting! Today we are featuring Sangiovese Riserva from Umberto Cesari in Emilia-Romagna and Via Alpina Sauvignon from Friuli. Both of these wines are highly rated, sophisticated but approachable, and ready to be enjoyed now.

Thinking about making a delicious pasta dish? We've got a fantastic selection of shapes from a variety of Italian pasta makers, including Pastificio dei Campi from Gragnano. They were featured on the Campania episode of Tucci in Italy, and are considered some of the best pasta makers in the world.

After four unforgettable journeys through Italy, we’re thrilled to announce our fifth trip — and our very first time exploring the treasures of Northern Italy.

This 11‑day experience takes us from the rolling vineyards of Langhe to the sparkling lakes of Maggiore and Como… from the elegance of Torino and Milan to the alpine charm of Trento and the magic of Venice. It’s a journey filled with culture, history, food, and breathtaking landscapes — but for many of you, the real highlight will be the wine.

🍷 This tour is a wine lover’s dream.
We’ll be visiting several of my favorite producers — places I’ve personally fallen in love with — and tasting the wines that made me want to share Italy with all of you in the first place.

Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial beginning of the summer season here on the Cape. While it doesn't feel much like summer today, there sure are a lot more folks on the road. While your out and about this weekend, drive safely, practice patience, and pretty please, use your turn signal.

We are open Saturday and Sunday 11-5 this weekend, but will be closed on Monday. Enjoy your long weekend, be safe, and be sure to include something delicious.

On a personal note, as you enjoy the holiday weekend, take a moment to remember all of those who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Go to the beach, grill up some burgers and dogs, go to a parade, or do whatever you choose to do. That freedom is exactly what they made the ultimate sacrifice for.
