Choose to Live Fully!!!

Dear Amazing Being of Light,

Living Fully can be a welcomed result of having healthy habits like regular sleep and exercise, mindfulness practices, and Nourishing Your Mind, Body, and Soul with Healthy Food made from whole fresh ingredients like we use at Abundance Café. It is our mission to help you feel great! Our Delicious and Nutritious made-from-scratch Menu for this week is now up on our website and orders are due this Friday by 7:00pm.

We have a delicious line-up this week with Stuffed Red Pepper (vegan or with parmesan), Southwestern Salad with Guacamole Ranch, Maple Dijon Slaw, and Cinnamon Apple Oat Muffin (with or without pecans). We also have a yummy array of frozen soups and vegan "burgers" along with our mouth-watering granola. Great time to stock up for those days you want something quick, easy, healthy, and delicious! Food will be ready for pickup and delivery Tuesday. We will gladly accept your paper bags to reuse for you and our soup containers (cleaned) to reuse for kitchen use. If you choose delivery, consider leaving a cooler with icepack by your door, so food stays a healthy temperature, if you will be gone a while.

We are in need of another volunteer to help out every other Monday for 4 hours in exchange for food we prepare that day. Please reach out if you're interested in food prepping in the kitchen at All Saints with some awesome people in a relaxed, uplifting environment. We would love to have you join the crew!

At Abundance Café we make everything fresh with whole ingredients from our precious Earth. I made these Michigan salads fresh with Love this morning for my beloved customers. Raspberry vinaigrette was made with fresh raspberries and other wholesome ingredients like Dijon mustard, olive oil, and maple syrup.

Why? Because whole fresh food makes us FEEL GOOD!!! We are ALL WORTHY TO FEEL GOOD!!! I want this for EVERYONE, including You!

Hey Friends!!!

Here’s your friendly reminder that food orders are due by 5pm today (Sunday). I extended the deadline this week, as orders were about half the normal amount. I really appreciate your support so I can keep supporting you!

Burrito Bowls are one of our customer favorites. They’re made with beans, chicken or both, roasted zucchini and peppers, cowboy caviar, and vegan queso (even non-vegans love this sauce!). This meal leaves me feeling so complete with the amazing flavor combination and energizing nutrients!

Our Michigan Salad is made fresh with leaf lettuce, Granny Smith apples, dried cherries, walnuts, and an amazing raspberry vinaigrette made with fresh raspberries, goat cheese optional.

Vegan/GF Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are my favorite cookie, chewy and so delicious…not too sweet so you can really taste the peanut butter and dark chocolate flavors dancing in your mouth!

Hello Beautiful People!!!

I’m all set up at Meridian Township Farmers' Market with frozen Soup variety, 2 types of Vegan Patties, and Mini Vegan/GF “Cheesecakes”! I also have mouthwatering Granola and refreshing Hibiscus Mint Iced Tea!

There’s a plethora of amazing small businesses out here! Come say “hi” if you come out! I would Love to see you!

We are featuring our Burrito Bowls this week, one of our customer favorites! You can choose slow cooked beans, deliciously seasoned chicken, or both. Each meal comes with brown rice, roasted veggies, cowboy caviar (fresh salsa), and a side of our outstanding vegan queso to tie it all together. I will be at the Meridian Farmers Market 8am-2pm tomorrow (Saturday) with frozen soup, vegan burgers, mini vegan g/f cheesecakes, granola, and hibiscus mint iced tea. (Frozen soups will not be available to order online since I'll be taking them to the market.)
