Let’s go over how to give your bees the best start by keeping them warm, keeping them fed but not over fed, by learning what signs to look for to make sure you have a healthy queen, and how to keep the big bad mites from destroying the health of your hives.

2026 Package Bees
RiGeneration Nutrition is currently taking orders for Spring package Bees

Delivery dates are not set yet but we will have 3 delivery dates early, middle and late April.

Breeds available will be Caucasians, Carniolans and Russians.

We do not sell Italian, or Buckfast Queens as they have not performed as well in overwintering.

All Queens will be marked and numbered making location easy.

Packages will arrive in a “bee bus” making installation quick and easy.

Numbers corresponding with which breeder queen your queen came from will be on the package.

4lb packages will be $260 each with extra queens @$60 each.

Etienne Tardif headlines an all star cast of presenters, including Cory Stevens and Medhat Nasr (scroll down for resumes). Door prizes include two 2025 packages, and a variety of beekeeping equipment.

Etienne Tardif is an internationally renowned sustainable beekeeper in the Yukon. His groundbreaking research completely changed our understanding of how colonies overwinter.

Cory Stevens is a nationally known treatment free beekeeper and queen breeder. After many years of testing and selection, his queens produce colonies with strong resistance to mite and brood diseases.

Medhat Nasr is a highly regarded apiculturist, educator, and regulator, with over 50 years of experience in both the public and the private sector.

Lisa Hay has successfully overwintered indoors and outdoors in Fairbanks since 2018. She is the Alaska Director for the Western Apicultural Society. Lisa’s articles have appeared in the American Bee journal, Bee Culture Magazine, and elsewhere.

Alex Wenninger is a local beekeeper and entomologist at the University of Alaska. She works with Alaskan honey bee pests, and recently published an article on the Beehive Honey Moth.
