Honey Garlic Chicken & Veggie Bowls: * 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
* 2 cups broccoli
* 1 bell pepper, sliced
* 1 cup carrots, sliced
* 2 cups cooked brown rice or jasmine rice
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp olive oil
* Salt & pepper
* Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
5. Add vegetables and cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
6. Pour sauce over everything and stir until coated.
7. Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds.
