Dubuque Forward is joining The Flat Iowa Society Bicycle Club and their Thursday After Work Group (TAWG) for a beginner-friendly bike ride on Thursday, October 8!

We’ll roll out from Jubeck New World Brewing at 5:30 p.m. for a relaxed, 60-minute ride featuring downtown’s new bike lanes and Dubuque Forward projects along the way.

We’ll finish at the Millwork Night Market. Riders can drop your bike at Dubuque Forward's free bike valet at the Lumber Shed building (250 E. 8th St.), grab a free b**r ticket courtesy of Bicycle World and explore the market!

We hope you can join us! All experience levels are welcome.

Bring down your kiddos tonight and let them see what it's like to be an art curator! We are excited to welcome our Dubuque Historic Millwork District neighbor, Dubuque Museum of Art, to market this week to lead shoppers through a hands-on art making project!

As DuMA builds their new art museum near Washington Park, you'll get to curate and color in your own gallery and watch it become 3D through an optical illusion called "reverse perspective." All materials will be provided.
