Downs Super Foods is looking for multiple openings for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you get to work across different areas of the store, we want to hear from you!
Positions Available:
• Assistant Manager/Key Holders: Help lead daily operations, oversee store inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. Trusted team members will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, cash handling, and supervising shifts when general management is away. Prior retail and/or grocery store experience preferred, but will train the right applicant.
• Grocery Stockers: Keep our shelves fully stocked, clean, and organized. You will manage back stock, rotate items for freshness, and help maintain an appealing shopping floor.
Core Responsibilities:
• Cross-Department Support: Aid all departments with daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Store Security & Operations: Check, open, and/or close the store efficiently.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and select holidays as needed.
Compensation & Hours:

Location: Downs Super Foods, Downs KS
Position Type: Full-Time Hours Available
We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with the daily operations of our meat department.
Core Responsibilities:
• Physical Labor: Lifting, carrying, and moving heavy boxes and meat trays on a daily basis. Environmental Stamina: Standing and working for extended periods inside cold commercial coolers and processing areas.
• Department Maintenance: Stocking display cases, rotating inventory, and performing cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and workspaces.
• Must be able to assist store customers with orders at the counter in a friendly manner.
• Experience in a meat department is prefered, but on-the-job training may be available for the right person.
• Strong reliability and attendance are absolutely important.
• Wages to be discussed during the interview process based on experience.
