Enjoy a weisswurst at the Goldfinger Brewing Company Oktoberfest this Saturday or grab one fresh in the case at the shop!

A beef and pork mixture with onion, parsley, ground mustard and ginger, and a little lemon zest make this sausage unique. It’s also emulsified, giving it a different texture than your normal bratwurst.

Come see us tonight at the Clarendon Hills Oktoberfest! We’ll be set up outside Tierra Distilling Co. & Cafe serving up our classic bratwurst, b**r brats made with Skeleton Key Brewery Oktoberfest, and authentic German potato salad.

The shop will be closing at 5pm today so we can get the grill going, and we’ll be cooking until 8pm!
