Attention hunters , Kishbaugh's Processing will not be accepting any bear this year but we will still be doing moose, deer, pigs & beef as well as all of our specialty smokehouse items.. We apologize for any inconvenience and we wish you all the best of luck this hunting season!!

If you ever wondered the process of bacon here is one of the steps. This pork belly will rest in a bed of secret spices for 7 days then off to the smoker for 2 days and cut to customers preference.

This week has been busy with piggies coming by the trailer loads. Our dinner favorite is pan seared pork chops (bone-in) with maple roasted carrots and a side of fried apples.
