I (27F) have OCD. My husband (27M) knows this and initially found my tics fascinating. But, he started triggering my OCD on purpose, like forcing my hands into symmetrical positions. I asked him to stop, and he did… mostly. Today, he touched the mole on my neck, knowing it's a major trigger. When I confronted him, he claimed he was helping with exposure therapy. I explained I have professional help and his actions are disrespectful and stress me. He dismissed my feelings, saying I need to overcome my irrational fears.
