Just wanted to reach out to everyone, because I have had a few calls wondering if we were open and still doing business this year. Yes we are open and taking your Deer and Hogs. Here is a new pamphlet that we got fixed up at the end of the year last year. The summer sausage wasn't placed on there but, yes we do make summer sausage as well.
We may pan sausage Link sausage and summer sausage.
Summer sausage prices are:
Smoked summer sausage plain with just the seasoning.
$ 4 per lbs
Smoked summer sausage with just one ingredient as in Jalapeño or cheese is.
$ 4.50 per lbs
Smoked summer sausage with both add ins such as Jalapeño and cheese is:
$ 5.00 per lb
Some other things to know are:
Skin and gutting. $ 25 per Deer
$ 15 per Hog
Caping your Deer includes the skining, caping and gutting. $ 50 per Deer 🦌
