Who says you need sausage to make breakfast burritos. I’ve been wanting to try using ground beef after seeing some recipes and finally got around to it. They are pretty tasty! I’d say they have a Tex Mex flair to them. Now they are going in the freezer for a quick breakfast. 😊👏🏻

We have been pretty quiet lately because when you are sold out of meat, there isn’t much to share 🤪

The good news is we are taking reservations for beef shares that will be ready for pickup around the first week of August!

If you are looking for something different for the holidays, I just made a Honey, Brown Sugar, and Burbon Roast. It is delicious! I was a bit worried with the burbon, but it is good!! Such a pretty roast I thought it needed pictures. I seared mine even though the recipe didn’t call for it.
