Around this time of day, the aroma of fresh chicharrones starts taking over the entire building. 🔥

Making them isn't quick. The process takes several hours and includes two rounds of frying: the first to cook them through, the second to create that crispy, golden crunch everyone loves.

If you've been craving chicharrones, stop by, stock up, and grab some salsa and guacamole while you're at it. You might need them for the soccer matches this week. ⚽️😉
