Hello all Jose here; many of you in Des Moines may not know me yet, but I’ll be opening a meat market on the east side of Des Moines (2517 Hubbell ave). I’m a 4th generation butcher specializing in Latino meat cuts and as well as unique sausages. In the meat market you can find cuts like ribeye and New York strips for grilling and diesmillo and arrachera for carne azada. With over 42 different types of sausages and many other unique products that can’t be found elsewhere, I know there is something for everyone. All I ask is for a share, like on this post and a follow on the page. As we gear up for opening day you will see more post by me sharing the progress.
