Crispy Cod Tacos with Avocado Lime Ranch Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds cod fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. Pat cod fillets dry and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge cod in flour and shake off any excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook cod for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Break into bite-sized pieces.
5. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage with ranch dressing and lime juice, mixing well.
6. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds per side.
7. Layer avocado slices on each tortilla, top with creamy slaw and crispy cod pieces.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
