Russ is Making Dinner Russell passed away on December 9, 2013. His book, published posthumously, is now available and all proceeds go to his children, Mackenzie and Molly.

How many of you are interested in Pate's, Forcemeats (like lamb, chicken etc in a crust with truffles and cognac to name a couple) Pate en Croute (previous in a crust, great for holiday entertaining, served cold with mustard, similar to German cured meats laid out for mini sandwiches) Along with the baked goods, give me some feed back please. Let me prepare some party platters, that are classy as class can get, for your holiday needs....feedback please. Thanks to those few who have already commented.

OK to all, baking classes will be Tuesday of next week. If you want (one parent has requested) I can make a little certificate for the stocking or under the tree, must get with me asap though. Please respond if you are going to be in for the lessons. 5-6 max.
