After a wildly beautiful, busy April, we’re slowing things down a bit as we gear up for an even busier summer season here at the vault. Fewer events this month, a little more breathing room, and plenty of time to settle in with good cheese, good drinks, and good company.

Here’s what’s unlocked for May:

• May 16 - McElmo Classic Wine Festival at Sutcliffe Vineyards (Vault closed)
• May 28 - Spritzology Workshop: Design & Mix Your Perfect Summer Spritz (6pm)

Summer specials, patio season, and a packed lineup are just around the corner. Until then, we’re leaning into slower evenings, thoughtful pairings, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. 🧀🍷
