Our gardens are overflowing with beautiful, fresh tomatoes and peppers, which means it’s the perfect time to stock up for canning season!
Whether you’re making homemade salsa, pasta sauce, pickled peppers, or preserving summer’s flavor for the colder months, now is the time to grab them while they’re plentiful!

What makes this dinner especially meaningful is that it will be prepared by Lotspeich Family Farm owner, Leslie Lotspeich. While Leslie spends most of her days growing the food, this evening she'll be sharing another passion—bringing people together over a home-cooked meal inspired by the harvest. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, many grown right here on the farm, creating an experience that feels more like gathering around a family table.

It’s finally here! Our Farm-to-Fork Dinner is tonight, and we can’t wait to welcome our friends, neighbors, and community to the farm for an evening of fresh, seasonal food, great company, and beautiful summer views.
