Ever wonder why our energy levels seem to decline as we age? Part of the reason may be our mitochondria!

Mitochondria are the tiny powerhouses inside our cells that help produce energy.

But as we age, some of those mitochondria become damaged and less efficient.

That’s where Urolithin A comes in!

If you’ve heard people talk about DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate for hormone support, here’s why. 👇

DIM helps support the way your body metabolizes estrogen. It’s actually a compound your body can make from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage.

Calcium D-Glucarate works a little differently. It supports the liver and digestive tract as your body packages up and gets rid of hormones and other compounds it no longer needs.

So a really simple way to think about it is:

DIM helps with estrogen metabolism.
Calcium D-Glucarate helps with estrogen clearance. The goal is to help the body process it well and eliminate what it’s finished with.

Always ask your Doctor before starting a new supplement!

NMN is a precursor to NAD+, and many experts believe supporting the body’s own NAD+ production may be a more effective approach than simply taking NAD+ orally. I’m not in the camp that says it doesn’t work, because I have used it and felt the difference. However, I will say that the NMN does seem to be a little stronger as far as my daily stamina is concerned.

We see a similar concept with other supplements. For example, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) provides the body with a precursor it can use to produce glutathione which is one of our most important antioxidants.

Sometimes the best approach isn’t simply supplying the finished product. It’s giving the body the raw materials it needs to make and regulate these compounds for itself.
