🍅 Oakhurst, we’ve got a bittersweet market coming your way! 🌱

August 29th is Mealor Family Gardens’ LAST market of the season! 😭 Ben—the tomato guy himself—is bringing a few summer favorites including watermelon, butternut squash, eggplant, figs, and muscadines. Don’t miss the last of his wonderful harvest!

🌱 We’ll also have Ashley from Basil Family Farm hosting a FREE fall gardening workshop where you can learn about soil health, what to plant, garden care, and how to prepare for a successful fall harvest.

And don’t forget to grab a bite from Omusubi Momo 🍙 Graham will be heading back to Japan soon, so catch him while you can!

Happy Fri-YAY, Market Friends! ☀️🌿

We're kicking off August with another beautiful Saturday at the Oakhurst Farmers Market! Join us from 9 AM–1 PM for fresh Georgia produce, local food, live jazz by Terry Klemensen, and all the community vibes you love. 🎷🍑🥒

We're also celebrating an incredible milestone—we've reached our blood donation goal for tomorrow's LifeSouth Blood Drive! ❤️ A huge thank you to everyone who signed up to make a difference. Walk-ins are still welcome if you'd like to donate.

This week's market is overflowing with peaches, watermelon, muscadines, plums, fresh vegetables, baked goods, local meats, flowers, and so much more. Come shop local, support your farmers, and enjoy a beautiful Saturday with us.

One of my favorite things about the Oakhurst Farmers Market is seeing our community show up for one another—and this Saturday is another chance to do just that. ❤️

We're partnering with LifeSouth for a community blood drive during the market! Blood donations help save lives every single day, and if you've ever thought about donating, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.
