Hey there Cheese Fans!😃🧀 Here we see 𝟰𝗹𝗯. balls of 𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝑮𝒐𝒖𝒅𝒂 being waxed! This important step seals the cheese in an air tight layer of red food safe wax! This is done to seal in moisture, Keep out unwanted bacteria, and prevent mold growth. Next, they will be inspected by hand, wrapped and packaged for sale! Hey there Cheese Fans! 🧀😃 Here we see one of our cheesemakers making 𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙮'𝙨 famous 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙈𝙤𝙯𝙯𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨! It starts by feeding fresh made Mozzarella curd into the "𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧/𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧" machine! Then it is pushed into a hot water bath to let it form together. After this step, it is fed through an "𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙧" and is ready to be made into the whips you know and love! Hey there Cheese Fans! 🧀😀 Today we see one of our cheese makers mixing our 𝒊𝒏-𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒇𝒍𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 into fresh cheddar curds. After it is seasoned by hand to 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, it will be put into a "𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒂𝒓 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔" and formed into a block of our famous 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒂𝒓!
