We’re a growing ecommerce company shipping daily to various commerce platform warehouses, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help support our outbound warehouse operations. This position is being hired as a Seasonal / Flex role to support current workload — with the strong potential to become a permanent full-time role based on performance and company needs.

⭐ What You’ll Do
Prepare products for shipment (labeling, polybagging, bundling, bubble wrapping)

Pack cartons and build skids/pallets for outbound freight

Use internal warehouse shipping platforms to create shipments

Weigh, label, and prepare outbound boxes and pallets

Help stage and load courier trucks

Operate a forklift (light use, training provided if needed)

Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Support teammates and assist in other warehouse duties as needed

Provide backup coverage for other warehouse roles when necessary

We typically ship 1–5 skids per day, so accuracy, organization, and teamwork are critical.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to manage our daily seller-fulfilled orders and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. This is a key role supporting both our shipping operations and overall warehouse organization.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Process and ship customer orders for multiple eCommerce platforms

Print labels, organize daily shipments, and maintain shipping timelines

Schedule carrier pickups

Maintain and reorder warehouse supplies (boxes, polybags, labels, etc.

Receive and check in products & supplies

Report shipping discrepancies, shortages, and vendor issues

Process customer returns

File invoices and basic paperwork

Assist with light warehouse prep work (polybagging / bubble wrapping)

Light forklift operation (10–20 minutes per day on average)

Help keep the warehouse clean and organized

Work closely with a team of 6 to support daily operations

You’ll be assisting with preparing products for shipment. This includes polly-bagging multi-units, bubble-wrapping glass, labeling, etc.

You’ll also be assisting with the shipment of products which includes scanning items into boxes that can weigh up to 47 pounds and carried short distances.

Other duties as assigned.
