🍄✨ Just whipped up my own homemade Shiitake Mushroom Salt and it’s next-level flavor magic! 🧂🌿

I started with fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced them nice and thin, then dehydrated them at 150°F for 3–5 hours until they were perfectly crispy and dry.
Next, I blended them into a fine, aromatic powder and mixed in black pepper, rosemary, thyme, and a few other herbs for that earthy, savory boost.
Jarred it up and it’s ready to transform steaks, roasted veggies, eggs, popcorn — you name it! 😍
