Scherer Custom Meats has 35 unique Brat flavors. The brats are all pre-cooked which eliminates grease and shrinkage. Everything from Sweet to Spicy. You can purchase our Gourmet Brats at the Farmer's Market located at the Freight House on Saturday's or Sunday's. New temporary location, same great taste!!

🚨📣We are on the moooo-ve 🐮(temporarily.) As much as we had hoped the river would grant us a reprieve from the flooding in our lot, the mighty Mississippi just won't behave this time around. No worries! A little water never stopped us! We will be popping up in the Scott County Administration building lot this weekend. Food, fun, shopping, and live local music. Same market, different space!
