At The Quarter Butcher, you get to see a whole animal butchery in action. 🙌

Beef quarters & sides of hog are delivered weekly to our cooler - and that’s where it all begins.

We break down the meat according to your orders, taking care with each cut.

With whole animal butchering, there’s less waste from the animal & customizable options for you.

With this in mind, planning ahead is essential since we won’t have unlimited supply of every cut. If you know what you want ahead of time, best practice is to call ahead & we’ll get your order in & set it aside for you to pick up.

If you come in & don’t see exactly what you had in mind - talk to the butchers! They may have another cut available that is less commonly known but still a great option for your next meal.

Come on by & see what whole animal butchering is all about. 🥩
