These lamb chops are NICE! We normally have much smaller sheep come in, but this particular one was just over 200lbs.

You always need to ask questions when purchasing beef for your freezer. Breed, genetics, feed program, and age can all play a major role in not only the quality but also the yield of what you get to bring home. Here is just a slight comparison of two different beef. Not to say that one is right and one is wrong, but give me the fat! All the fat!!!

Emergency kills are not convenient, but farming is rarely convenient. This one came in after hours and thankfully we were close by with room to accommodate. Being farmers ourselves, we truly understand the urgency when problems arise such as this. We are thankful to be a small part in the salvage of this beautiful beef. Making ourselves available for situations like this is just a small way to give back to the farming community. We can't always make it happen, but you can bet we will make every effort to! Somedays you're cutting meat and somedays it's your kid calling you to please come remove the giant snake from the back yard 🤣. This beautiful rat snake was safely relocated to scare someone else another day. I'm 6'2 for reference.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team!

📅 Schedule:
February- August Monday- Friday 9a-5p
September- January Monday- Saturday 9a-9p

⏰ 40 hours a week, Saturday required during fall/winter

💥 February- August lunch provided, September- January lunch & supper provided

Requirements:
✔️ Must be 18 years or older
✔️ Able to stand for 8+ hours a day
✔️ Lift 50+ lbs
✔️ Have dependable transportation

Job Duties:
Primary duty is meat trimming, but position will also include packing, skinning, cleaning, farm tasks (cows, birds & garden) and other miscellaneous duties as needed.
