Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and an awesome start to your new year!

Unfortunately I won’t be giving you next week specials today….instead I am announcing the closure of The Gin Lot.

We worked for over three years doing our best to serve really good wood fired pizza, wings, and specials. Alongside our butcher shop that processed Wi******er Farm grass fed beef and Pasture raised pork, bringing you the only pizza place that was truly farm to fork. Thank you to those that visited us and to our regulars over the years, you are like family to us!

With this being said, I (chef Justin) am signing off. I wish nothing but the best for our little towns and the people in them! God Bless

HAPPY SATURDAY! The weather is beautiful and the fire is HOT so come out and enjoy your favorite menu items, along side an ice cold draft on our deck!

Todays special is BBQ Chicken Nachos! Wood fired to order, our nachos are piled high with tortilla chips, house dry rub, fresh blackened chicken breast, onions, bell peppers, banana peppers, homemade bbq sauce, and cheddar cheeses. Garnished with house made white cheese dip!

HELLO EVERYONE! Chef Justin here! After a month of welcoming my first born son into this world, 15 days of sickness, 4 ER visits, and many, many sleepless nights i am BACK!! Everyone is doing well and baby Anders is growing like a w**d! I'm excited to bring you a weeks worth of new specials, desserts, and memories before we close down for christmas break, so make plans to come out and see us!

Wood Fired Chicken Parmesan with Alfredo Pasta

Happy Saturday! Tonight we'll be serving Chicken and Sausage Gumbo with fresh white rice for $16.
Our pizza special tonight will be Makya's Sweet and Spicy BBQ Hawaiian pizza, it's red sauce, our 5 cheese blend, Wi******er Farm smoked ham, cowboy candy, pineapple, and homemade habanero BBQ sauce! The perfect sweet heat!

IT'S FINALLY FRIDAY! Chef Leonard has been hard at work to bring you tonight's special and a fan favorite, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo! Served over a bed of freshly made white rice and served with toasted bread for $16 with an option to add a side salad for $3. We hope to see y'all tonight!

We will also have Red Beans and Rice again tonight while it lasts!

Happy thursday! Tonight Chef Leonard is cooking up Red Beans and Rice, made with Wi******er Farm pasture raised ham and sausage. He sure has it smelling delicious in here! Served with garlic bread for $14 with the option to add a side salad with Rose Creek certified organic salad for just $3!

Hey everybody, Preston here bringing you this week's specials at The Gin Lot!

Chef Leonard is cooking up a big batch of Chili can Carne with Wi******er Farm grass fed beef and pasture raised pork. Served with cornbread for $12, and you can add a side salad for $3. Perfect for this cold rainy weather!

Friday night we'll be making pot roast with Wi******er Farm grass fed beef, with potatoes, onions, and Rose Creek certified organic carrots. Served with garlic bread for $14 and the option to add a side salad for $3

It has been an interesting week for The Gin Lot! Apologies to those than made plans to dine with us or pick up pizzas for their dinner this weekend, but LIFE sometimes gets in the way! Chef Justin here, our family welcomed a 7lb 12oz healthy RED HEADED baby boy on Tuesday and spent until Thursday night in the hospital. Two emergency room visits later Momma is recovering from respiratory problems and resting!

Please make plans to come see us after a much needed thanksgiving break! God Bless
