He first discovered this art at his friend’s restaurant, where he learned his craft. Peter enjoys being able to practice his art daily, while helping contribute to customers happiness.

Chef Van - Uptown Edmond
Van is an experienced sushi chef from Burma. He learned his skills by helping out at a family owned sushi bar. His passion and love for sushi can be seen in his smile when interacting with customers. Not only is Van a great chef, he is a great family man. He loves to spend time with his wife and kids.
