Hello all we are rocking and rollin as usual here is next weeks menu and the month at a glance…..some may change as we will be adding some of our fresh organic microgreens.

We are so excited for what is to come as the past 4 years have been such an exciting journey.

Our mission is simple “No Excuses” we want to be of service to you and part of a solution that makes life easier for you or a loved one. Flavor and nutrient filled meals while supporting small local farms is what we are all about, helping one help another.

We are going to push the limits of how meal prep is viewed. It’s not a microwave meal it’s a wholesome prepared balanced meal that is of actual nutritional value. Give us a try and see why we have had clients that become friends since year 1.

When you love what you do you can’t stay away too long so one weekend was enough.

We’re back All Love Meal Prep is doing our best to make the ordering as convenient as possible. Finishing out the year with monthly menus so we can all plan ahead during the busiest time of the year.

Please print one off and share at your office with co-workers or even send to family and friends. We are here for you 🫶🏽 If you’re interested please text 214-853-2427 and we will send you a weekly menu with descriptions for each item and hopefully pics as well.

We now offer local delivery on Monday Tuesday and Thursday 75227/75149 zip codes only at the moment. Separate menu from our weekly rotating menu.

Also we would like to try some small catering out and would love to offer it at a great price especially for all of those of you who have supported us through the past 5 years.

When it comes to fresh flavor filled meals All Love Meal Prep has ya covered. We serve portioned size meals that provide nutrients for energy all the while saving you time and money. Our meals microwave in under 2 mins usually allowing time for you enjoy all the spare time you’ll gain back not waiting in lines or getting out in the heat. We don’t fill you with preservatives, unnecessary sugar and unhealthy seasonings…..natural flavors and low sodium is one of our main keys.

One of my personal favorites which seems to be a favorite is our smoked sausage bowls, combining that smoked flavor with roasted broccoli, subtle crunch of carrots and sweet potatoes with some basmati rice or just extra veggies and it is a solid choice indeed. We can also substitute chicken sausage or proteins of choice such as chicken or chickpeas.

Good morning everyone we are now accepting orders for next week’s meals. Please place all orders by midnight Thursday and please remember we do have a 5 meal minimum.

Cinco De Mayo we will have a raffle from that weeks orders for 2 lucky winners 🎉 the prize is one of new trucker style hats just in time for spring and summer 🌅☀️

Also we do have room for 3 or 4 new clients so if you know anyone looking for delicious healthy convenient meals please send them our way. If they order we will take care of half of your meal total. We thank you for the continuous love and support.

We do have room for 3 or 4 new clients so if you know of anyone looking for convenient healthy delicious meal preps please send them our way. We will also give you 1/2 off your order with there purchase of a set of meals.

May 5th we will do a raffle for an All Love Meal Prep trucker style hat perfect in time for the summer. We will draw two names from that weeks orders so we can deliver on Sunday along with those tasty meals.
