On a recent visit to , we have the pleasure of talking with our awesome customer, founder, and chocolatier Annie Rupani as she shows us how their luxurious holiday bonbon collection is made and shares the inspiration behind using and single-origin chocolates. She walks us through how every piece is thoughtfully paired with specific ingredients to create a unique flavor profile.
What begins as a passion for chocolate during her studies in Anthropology has grown into a thriving business, shipping thousands of chocolates nationwide and overseas. Annie is a true inspiration and a proud ambassador of Houston’s culinary scene. We’re honored to serve her at Chefs’ Warehouse. ✨
