This bold Balsamic features layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. Its rich, savory-sweet profile makes it an exceptional glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef, or chicken.

Ingredients:
2 lbs Beef Short Ribs
2 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 TBSP Olive Oil (Garlic would be an excellent INFUSED Flavor)
½ cup INFUSED Espresso Dark Balsamic
½ cup Beef Stock
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Soy Sauce

Instructions:
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Combine Salt, black pepper and red pepper. Season ribs evenly on all sides with spice mixture. Heat olive oil in dutch oven. When oil is hot, Sear ribs, browning on all sides.
In a small saucepan, simmer INFUSED Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar, stock, sugar, and soy sauce until liquid is reduced by half. Pour over ribs, cover, and braise 2–2.5 hours until tender.

Our Cayenne Chili Fused Olive Oil is made with whole red cayenne peppers crushed with early green Frantoio olives. This fused oil has a delightful aroma and a real kick. It is spicy and flavorful with rich, ripe pepper notes and underlying green vegetal olive notes. The lovely red color is indicative of the abundant amount of whole, fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives.
