We did a thing… 💜🥥☕️

Our Ube Coconut Macchiato just took home Best Cream Pie at the American Pie Council National Pie Championships in Orlando this April. 🏆

This one is something special—
a chocolate pastry crust layered with cold brew chocolate cream, our signature coconut cream, and finished with a cloud of ube chantilly.
Topped with toasted coconut + a dusting of espresso powder for that perfect finish.

It’s rich, it’s balanced, it’s a little unexpected… and apparently, it’s a national champion.

Weekend Team Member – Humble Pies

We’re looking for one or two friendly, dependable team members to join us for weekend shifts at Humble Pies!

Our busiest (and most fun) shifts are Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. We’re flexible—whether you’re available one, two, or all three, we’re happy to build a schedule that works.

What you’ll do:

* Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming experience
* Take orders and handle transactions
* Package pies and keep the shop looking stocked and beautiful
* Jump in wherever needed—teamwork is everything here

What we’re looking for:

* Consistent availability on Friday evenings, Saturday and/or Sunday
* Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required

A little extra:

* There will be opportunities for additional shifts in the fall and holiday season for those interested in picking up more hours
* If you have baking or kitchen experience (or an interest in learning), there may also be opportunities to support our kitchen team

We’re a small team that genuinely enjoys what we do, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

Happy Friday Humble Pie Lovers!

It’s the last weekend of March, so it’s your last chance to grab the Drunken Leprechaun and Cherry & Apple!

Starting next week we will have the Pineapple Upside Down pie and the Chocolate Covered Banana!

Pineapple Upside Down blends fresh pineapple chunks with brown sugar and nutty brown butter with a crunchy streusel top and maraschino cherries.

Chocolate Covered Banana loads a chocolate ganache lined pastry crust with banana custard, fresh sliced bananas, a layer of chocolate cream and topped with more ganache.

This week our National Award winning Texas Brisket Pot Pie is back! House smoked brisket tossed with Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, onions, jalapeño peppers, sharp cheddar and diced onions

Did you enjoy Bon Temps pie and now have King Cake babies that you don’t know what to do with? Don’t abandon those poor babies to kitchen drawers and land fills! Let them GROW!

We recommend planting them in a secluded corner of your garden. Let the have their long germination cycle so next January 6th, you can have freshly sprouted Bon Temps Pie!

Happy Saturday Humble Pie Lovers!

Chef Sean has been at it again behind the funky door. We bring you the Boudin hand pie!

Classic Cajun boudin is a humble but mighty sausage born in the bayous of Louisiana, where French Acadian settlers learned to stretch every bit of pork with rice, liver, onions, peppers and a good shake of spice. Traditionally steamed and served warm, it’s less about fancy and more about flavor — the kind you eat standing around a gas station counter or a family kitchen, arguing about who makes it best. Think of it as the original Cajun comfort food: practical, a little scrappy, and guaranteed to make you slow down and say well I’ll be, that’s good.

We made our own boudin in the shop with the just right about of spice so it’s not going to overwhelm even the most sensitive palate snd is still packed with flavor. We wrapped it up in our classic pastry dough and baked it JUST FOR YOU!

Happy Friday Humble Pie Lovers!

Did you know that today is National Cherry Pie day?

According to the American Pie Council, cherry pie came to America with the first English settlers. The early colonists cooked their pies in long narrow pans calling them "coffyns" like the crust in England. Just as in Roman times, the early American pie crusts often were not eaten, but just designed to hold the filling during baking. It wasn't until the American Revolution that the term crust was used instead of
"coffyn."

Our Damned Fine Cherry pie is a perfect blend of dark sweet cherries and tart red cherries in our classic double pastry crust.
