A few months ago, this dinner was still growing. 🤎
We raised & processed the chicken, dug the potatoes and onions, and picked the greens from our garden. Aside from a little blue cheese, (still need something to MILK!) this meal came from right here on the farm.. with our very own Opening Day Seasoning bringing it all together.
This is the kind of cooking I had in mind when we created it. A whole roasted chicken with a golden, seasoned crust. Potatoes soaking up the pan juices. A good meal made with what we have.
After sharing our biggest shipping day, so many of you ordered, shared our post, or left us the kindest words. Thank you. There’s something pretty special about packing a jar in our little warehouse & knowing it’s headed to someone else’s kitchen.
